Climbing in Slovenia
Slovenian limestone Kate, Ada and I drove in a slow loop around Slovenia and I was able to get out for some climbing at most of the locations that we stayed. It is worth noting that I stuck exclusively to the single pitch crags as the big multi-pitch routes in the Steinalp and Julian Alps were not doable when travelling with the family. Slovenia is a great country, the people are friendly, the food and wine are wonderful, it is small and the road infrastructure is excellent.
